Who I am?

I completed my studies in social work at Linnaeus University in Sweden, and subsequently embarked upon a career as a counselor across diverse domains, including schools, hospitals, and military establishments. While practicing as a mental health counselor, I also pursued advanced training in psychotherapy, with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy. Presently, I am a proprietor of a counseling and psychotherapy enterprise that caters to the needs of youths, adults, and families grappling with psychosocial challenges and seeking a fresh perspective to navigate life.

My extensive training in psychotherapy has given me a deeper understanding of the intricacies of mental health issues and equipped me with the necessary skills to offer comprehensive psychotherapy and counseling services to clients. Over the years, I have developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise, which I use to guide my clients towards greater mental and emotional well-being.

I firmly believe that mental health is a crucial aspect of overall well-being, and I am committed to providing my clients with the highest quality psychotherapy and counseling services.
