Redefining How People Connect
Building a world where no one has to face loneliness alone
At How To Beat Loneliness (HTBL), we believe human connection is essential. Our mission is simple: To provide accessible, real-time emotional support through meaningful conversations. Who We Are
HTBL is a platform built around connection not clinical care. Our community includes listeners, supporters, and individuals who understand what it feels like to need someone to talk to.
We are not therapists or medical professionals. We are people helping people feel less alone.
What We Are (and What We Are Not)
- We are a peer support platform, not a medical or mental health service
- We do not provide therapy, diagnosis, or treatment
- We are not a crisis or emergency service
- We do not replace licensed professionals
If you are in crisis or need immediate help, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional.
Our Commitment to Safety
We take the well-being of our community seriously. While HTBL is not a crisis service, we are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
We have guidelines in place and take action when harmful behavior is reported. In situations where someone may be at risk, we encourage seeking immediate professional or emergency support.
